Sound Sailing and Tamar Exploration

The weather forecast for today was not great so we had a sail about in the sound during the morning before anchoring in Barn Pool and having a swim (wetsuits required) which involved cleaning a few marks off the hull and a quick snorkel around the area. The wind had picked up a lot by now so we took a sail up the Tamar under the bridge at Saltash before turning round and heading back to the berth.

Over the last 4 days we have racked up in excess of 120nm (nautical miles) in a mixture of conditions. Each day had had its own challenges and special mention goes to Olly today for not throwing up. First time for eveything I guess.
