The final day saw us in torrential rain navigating around the South East corner of the Moor trying (in vain) to stay dry. We also saw one of the oddest sights, a golf course on a very steep hill on the edge of the moor.
I had a different 3 candidates to the last 2 days and they were able to find all the points I asken them to go to.
Another great day out climbing with Charlie and this time on Ben Nevis. Number 2 Gully Buttress a little bit challenging to find gear and belays but otherwise a nice route at Grade III.
Day 1 of a Winter Mountaineering course for James and we headed into Coire and T'Sneachda to look at crampon and axe skills as well as lots of chat around safe travel and avalanche avoidance. Working for Wet and High Adventures Ltd
This weekend I have been in a very wet and windy South Wales running a Hill and Moorland Leader Training course for 5 candidates from Marauders Men's Health in Port Talbot. The weather was a constant battle but we were able to stay low and work around it using lesser know parts of the Brecon Beacons. Working for Adventures with Will
