Back out for the 4th and final Coasteer today in bright sunshine and a bt of swell unlike the last 3 mill pond days. After 4 days at the beach I finally got an ice cream before we drove away. A few jelly fish still around today but not as many as yesterday.
I will be going out to our Acttivity centre later tonight to meet with a D of E group and collect a whole wad of wet tents that need drying ready to go out again over the weekend. Could be a late night again.
Another great day out climbing with Charlie and this time on Ben Nevis. Number 2 Gully Buttress a little bit challenging to find gear and belays but otherwise a nice route at Grade III.
Day 1 of a Winter Mountaineering course for James and we headed into Coire and T'Sneachda to look at crampon and axe skills as well as lots of chat around safe travel and avalanche avoidance. Working for Wet and High Adventures Ltd
This weekend I have been in a very wet and windy South Wales running a Hill and Moorland Leader Training course for 5 candidates from Marauders Men's Health in Port Talbot. The weather was a constant battle but we were able to stay low and work around it using lesser know parts of the Brecon Beacons. Working for Adventures with Will
